Talent Tech Labs (TTL) was founded as the R&D lab of forward-thinking boutique staffing firm Mitchell Martin in New York City. An effort to help elevate the state of play in recruitment technology by founders who are never satisfied with the status quo. Forward thinkers, change agents but most importantly; operators from within in the recruitment business. Marketing Manager

The TTL team discovers and drives the adoption of new technology in how people are hired —and we’re growing! A Typical Day:

  • Crafting messaging for webinars and email marketing campaigns for our three distinct community member audiences as well as relevant news to the overall community
  • Working closely with the Talent Tech Labs sales team to create nurture campaigns that help create qualified sales leads and to craft program description collateral with clear path to conversions
  • Writing and owning the entire editorial calendar from blog posts to email nurture campaigns to website changes. You have an opinion on the oxford comma and everyone knows what it is
  • Collaborating with the Talent Tech Labs research team to create engaging and easy to consume content to be distributed on blogs, email, and social media
  • Strengthening relationships with existing channel partners and creating cross promotional events to educate our audiences in talent acquisition
  • Forming new partnerships with human resources/talent acquisition websites and experts for articles, webinars, and event opportunities
  • Looking at analytics including website traffic, marketing email engagement metrics from Hubspot among others to optimize performance and pivoting message based on insights
  • Exploring new and engaging ways to deliver our message as well as research through in-person collaboration, PR opportunities, partnerships, video messaging. Creativity is welcome
  • Coordinating with event partners on logistics, programming, and marketing to drive attendance

You’re phenomenal at:

Driving Results. Our marketing team must be avid consumers of our trends research and wish to help bring the message out to the market. You are aware that our audience is segmented and requires tailored messaging delivered at a consistent rate to stay up to date. You are adept at using platforms including Hubspot for marketing automation, workflow campaigns, and lead forms. We host multiple events locally and abroad a year and need your vision to help create events our audience will remember for years to come.

You likely have:

  • Two+ years of work experience within marketing and preferably in a consulting or SaaS company with B2B experience
  • Experience in Recruitment technology, Talent acquisition, Contingent staffing/workforce/HR/labor issues
