An effort to help elevate the state of play in recruitment technology by founders who are never satisfied with the status quo. A Typical Day:

  • Establishing relationships with existing clients, usually at an executive level, to drive engagement with their Talent Tech Labs service and seeking to uncover our client’s business initiatives and priorities
  • Ensuring that our clients receive maximum value from our services by aligning the relevant Talent Tech Labs resources through monthly calls and other novel forms of outreach
  • Walking new clients through their membership portal and benefits
  • Forming relationships with internal Talent Tech Labs research team to gain insight and effectively lead client conversations
  • Collaborating with the Talent Tech Labs sales team to ensure the client renews their subscription prior to the expiration date of the contract

You’re phenomenal at:

Communicating. All of our Client Success associates share a common motivation for achieving ultimate client satisfaction. Skills including working diligently towards and achieving targets, forming engaged relationships over the phone with senior level individuals, collaborating with others to overcome challenges, planning and organizing their time effectively, communicating effectively, and delivering superior customer service. For thus you need to be a self-starter capable of owning this function.

You may have:

A Bachelor’s Degree and two or more years of work experience within a professional business setting (or 1-2 business related internships)

A major plus:

Experience in Recruitment technology, Talent acquisition, Contingent staffing/workforce/HR/labor issues or subscription based renewals.
Previous work at an analyst firm, management consulting firm or membership-based organization.
