Talent Tech Labs (TTL) was founded as the R&D lab of forward-thinking boutique staffing firm Mitchell Martin in New York City. An effort to help elevate the state of play in recruitment technology by founders who are never satisfied with the status quo. Forward thinkers, change agents but most importantly; operators from within in the recruitment business. The Talent Tech Labs team discovers and drives the adoption of new technology in how people are hired with some of the most well known brands in the world including Disney, Intuit, and LinkedIn -- and we’re growing! We are a dynamic and collaborative startup environment with entrepreneurs and tech innovators. Backed by global Human Capital giants Mitchell Martin and Allegis Group, we’re equipped with the brainpower and resources to change the Talent Acquisition space forever. Want in?

A Typical Day:

  • Establishing relationships with existing clients, usually at an executive level, to drive engagement with their Talent Tech Labs service and seeking to uncover our client’s business initiatives and priorities
  • Ensuring that our clients receive maximum value from our services by aligning the relevant Talent Tech Labs resources through monthly calls and other novel forms of outreach
  • Creating and executing a flawless onboarding process walking new clients through their membership portal and benefits
  • Forming relationships with internal Talent Tech Labs research team to gain insight and effectively lead client conversations
  • Collaborating with the Talent Tech Labs sales team to ensure the client renews their subscription prior to the expiration date of the contract
  • Handling multiple parts of the administrative account management from invoice management to billing questions
  • Building processes and cadences for client communication from monthly touchbases to quarterly reviews
  • Seeking out opportunities for further collaboration with clients from upsells to renewals to building a network for referrals
  • Working within our CRM to report on a variety of metrics of touchpoints to forecasting future business 

You’re phenomenal at:

Communicating. Account management starts with the client satisfaction. You are a master of building deep relationships and know that certain people prefer different types of communication, so you are comfortable talking to people in person, via email, over Zoom, and via text. You’ve mastered knowing what clients are saying even when they aren’t necessarily saying it. You love looking at data and usage, are driven to achieve targets, and know that collaborating with others is the only way to overcome challenges in order to drive drive company success. You are a self-starter capable of owning this function and are looking to help build the process for the team.

You should have:

  • Two+ years of work experience within analyst firm, management consulting firm, membership-based organization, or SaaS company
  • Experience in Recruitment technology, Talent acquisition, Contingent staffing/workforce/HR/labor issues or subscription based renewals.
