Director, Corporate Membership Development

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with our constituent communities: heads of Talent Acquisition in corporations, CHRO’s, and sponsors who support technology acquisition in HR.
  • Crystalize and convey our value proposition to the membership subscriptions and research offerings TTL will deliver.
  • Build revenue streams from the range of offerings by signing new members to the program.
  • Provide feedback into our service development planning to enhance our offerings and provide ongoing value to our constituencies.
  • Continue to elevate the Talent Tech Labs brand in all markets. 

Skills Required:

  • Self-starting, outgoing and highly motivated business promoter and closer
  • Resourceful and entrepreneurial with excellent listening skills
  • Embrace a Value selling mentality
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Adept at presenting to executives one on one or in group settings
  • Supreme networker and collaborator


  • Prior business development and successful sales experience selling consulting engagements, subscription based executive level membership programs or HR software as service, Minimum 5 years required.
  • Demonstrable prior success in selling intangible or strategic offerings.
  • Working knowledge of Talent Acquisition functions or experience with recruiting technologies.
  • Involvement with program service design, product extensions and pricing models.
  • Experience working at a startup or early stage company or product line
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
